Eligibility Requirements for New American Legion Members
That is right! WE WANT YOU, to be a member of the American Legion Post 810!
Eligibility for the Legion:
If you are currently on active duty, serving the United States honorably, anywhere in the world, or have served honorably
during any of the following eligible war eras 
listed below.
Eligibility for Ladies Auxiliary Legion:
If you are the Mother, daughters, wives, sisters, or granddaughters who is on active duty, or has serving the United States honorably, anywhere in the world
during any of the following eligible war eras listed below.
Eligibility for The Sons of the Legion:
If you are Son, Step-son,adopted son of a current or deceased veteran the who is on active duty, or has serving the United States honorably, anywhere in the world
during any of the following eligible war eras listed below.
Eligible Dates

To join the American Legion in 2025, you must have served at least one day of active federal duty since December 7, 1941, and have an honorable discharge.
